We use the most advanced, up to date CAD (Computer Aided Design) Software in our custom house plan design process. In addition our commitment to yearly continuing education in industry related areas makes us one of the best sources for custom plans and services available. Due to the knowledge and experience gained in the construction field we have a broad perspective of what you the customer needs and also what you will face in getting your dream home built. 3D Architectural Rendering:
Three Dimensional Renderings are a very valuable tool in the design process. Realistic views and study plans put you in the picture and help make important choices on the design of the project. Many of our clients also have a very difficult time viewing a 2D plan view and understating the difference for 2D to 3D so this is a big help for them in the design process. Residential Construction Consulting Services:
We are happy to offer project specific construction consulting by the hour. As I have designed and built many houses in my career I feel qualified to offer my knowledge and expertise to you as it relates to your construction project needs. As we work with allot of owner builders or clients that are going to be heavily involved in the construction of their new home we find this to be a very valuable helpful service. I have enjoyed working beyond the house design phase with many of our customers and find it not only appreciated but highly rewarding for me.
Construction and Design Consulting Services by the Hour:
Charge for this service are by the hour with a one hour minimum. This way you only pay for what you need and nothing more. Rates vary depending on the issue but are based on a $35.00 per hour average. This service is fast and very simple to get set up. Feel free to call if I can be of help.
