Plans Pricing Guideline:
Our service pricing is based on a per square foot under roof formula. The square footage of our home plans are calculated by measuring from the outside face of the exterior framed walls. The square footage counted includes Covered Decks, Covered Porches, Basements and Garages. No charge is added for Attic areas, Open Decks or Patios. (Two-story or Vaulted Areas and Stairs are counted only once with the first floor. Balconies and open walkways in two-story plans in vaulted areas are included with the second floor) There are no hidden fees or charges.
Plans Pricing:
New Residential Construction: For new construction design we first need to consult with you and gather some necessary information about your future home. This is a simple step and it all starts with an email or phone call. Once we gather the information required we will send you a written detailed quote for the custom house plans and any additional services required.
- Full Detailed Custom Designed Package: Is based on a rate of 0.50 per square foot under roof.
- Basic Custom Design Package: Is based on a rate of 0.35 per square foot under roof.
- Concept House Design Package: Is based on a rate of 0.20 per square foot under roof.
- Residential Remodeling: Per Quote Only.

Design Process:
Once we have received all the information required including the initial deposit we will start the design process within 2 working days.
- Step One: Main Floor Plan - Completed
- Step Two: Second Floor Plan (If required) - Completed
- Step Three: Foundation Plan - Completed
- Step Four: Exterior Elevations - Completed
- Step Five: Creation of all applicable construction details and specifications.
- Step Six: Preparation of House Plans Set Ready for Final review and revisions if required.
- Step Seven: Balance Due Payment Received by us.
- Step Eight: Final Review Set sent for your review and any final revisions required.
- Step Nine: Home Plans Set Printed and Shipped to you via UPS Ground Service unless other arrangements were made.
